Dear 2021/2022 WIML Cohort,

It is with great joy that I welcome you to the 2021/2022 WIML Cohort! I am very honored that you would allow me and the amazing cohort leadership team to speak into your life over these seven months. The WIML Cohort is born from my heart with a desire to see you soar. I approach this season with four goals in mind.

  1. Catapult you into new levels of Spirit-empowered leadership.

  2. Network you with helpful relationships.

  3. Endorse you as you move into fresh ministry opportunities.

  4. Mark His purposes for life and ministry upon your heart.

My heart for you is enormous. I desire for your experience in the cohort to be full and rewarding. We will reach our goals in the WIML Cohort through a diversity of experiences. It is my prayerful expectation for this cohort to build new friendships, gain fresh perspectives, heal broken hearts, step into stronger anointing, discover clear pathways of purpose, connect with helpful sponsors, network with one another, and receive fresh anointing from the Holy Spirit.

Reading over the 42 approved applications convinces me that the handprint of God is on your lives. As we embark on this journey, I address you with a prophetic sense of knowing the Holy Spirit is inspiring all that we do together. Our group is diverse in so many ways. We are different in marital and parenting status, seasons of life, geographical locations, ministry focus, age, ethnicity, and dreams. We are the same in that we all have answered the call of ministry leadership!

Throughout the seven months, my intercessory team prays for you by name. As such, I invite you to share any specific prayer requests. The intercessors are, of course, joined by the entire cohort leadership team. I am proud to inform you that the 2021/2022 WIML leadership team consists of 19 leaders ready to serve you! This does not include the intercessors or volunteers that will serve you at the Summit. Truly, an army of people are on your team to make these next seven months a success!

Anticipation, expectation, and vision fill my heart for this cohort. I speak life, grace, and peace to you as you enter this focused season of ministry growth, revelation, and clarification.
