Monthly Zoom Gatherings

Monthly Zoom Gatherings are a primary component of the cohort. If you are unable to make a session, please send an e-mail to WIML@gracenorth.com.

The Monthly Zoom Gatherings are on the third Friday of each month from 12 -3 PM. Calls are in AZ time and note that AZ does NOT participate in daylight savings time.

All Sessions include three elements.: 1) Ministry Leader Quadrant with Pastor Marion, 2) Community Group Breakouts, 3) Guest Speaker.

Ministry Leader Quadrant

You can become more familiar with the Ministry Leader Quadrant concept by viewing the videos on the Resources and Assessment page. Each monthly session will begin with an exhortation from Dr. Marion focused on relevant teachings within the Ministry Leader Quadrant. Recordings of the sessions with Dr. Marion become available approximately 48 hours after the session. The recordings will be hyperlinked to the date under her name.

Community Group Breakout

Each month you will spend time in community group breakouts. In these sessions, you will have focused questions to discuss. You are encouraged to do your best to use the video feature so that the group may see your smiling face while you share with one another.

Guest Speaker

The second half of each monthly gathering is dedicated to a specific topic and presented by national and global leaders that will both challenge and encourage you at the same time. All sessions end in Q&A. Recordings of the sessions become available approximately 48 hours after the session. The recordings will be hyperlinked to the date under the speaker’s name.

    Every Month (August - January) Pastor Marion will unpack a lesson from within the Ministry Leader Quadrant.

  • Community Group Breakouts

    12:45pm - 1:30pm

    Every Month (August - January) you will spend time in your assigned Community Group.
