Coaches

Missional Coaching Details

Missional coaching is a vital part of your growth and participation in the WIML Cohort. You will be placed in a triad coaching group that includes you, another WIML participant, and your trained coach. Each of your coaching sessions will be approximately 90 minutes in length but it is recommended that you budget two hours. Five of your sessions will occur prior to the Summit and one will be scheduled after the Summit. Your sessions will begin after the September monthly gathering. Your community group within the cohort consists of all of the triads coached by your assigned coach. You will be asked to meet with the community group one time before the Summit. However, your coach might also host additional community group sessions. When you arrive at the Summit, you will experience the Summit together with your coach and community group.

Scheduling and Zoom Links

In the September monthly gathering, you will be introduced to your coach, your triad partner, and your community group. Appointments will be set directly with your coach. On this page, you will find contact information and zoom links for your coach.

APEST Group Coaching with Rev. Jessica Schulze

Rev. Jessica Schulze is available for group coaching to discuss your APEST assessment results. While missional coaching is not optional, APEST coaching is optional. However, it is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of APEST and enrich your self-discovery journey. The APEST assessment is an evaluation of how you engage the five gifts found in Ephesians 4. Group coaching sessions are available for up to four in a group. It is required that you complete your APEST assessment prior to attending a group session. The link for ordering your APEST assessment is listed below and is included in your cohort experience. The dates and appointment scheduling detail for the group sessions will be posted soon.

The APEST assessment is included in your Cohort experience even if you choose not to join a group coaching session.

Counselors

Counseling Opportunities

Counseling is optional, however, our team highly encourages you to consider scheduling at least one session during the cohort. Leadership health is a critical part of good leadership. During the Summit the two team counselors will offer counseling sessions on-site for no charge to you. If you wish to schedule a counseling appointment, you can contact our counselors directly. It is important to note that while both of the counselors are licensed clinical counselors they are in essence working in the WIML Cohort as volunteers counseling within the systemic framework of “Biblical Counseling” with a recommended donation described below. If at any point they feel it is necessary to recommend professional therapy through their licensed clinical practices they will speak to you about the process and options available.

Counseling Donation and Appointment Details

A typical counseling appointment could cost $125 - $250  per hour. Because the WIML Cohort leadership team strongly believes in your mental and emotional well-being, the first appointment with one of our WIML counselors is included in your WIML Cohort experience! We think everyone can use an emotional health checkup! Additional counseling appointments are at a reduced rate of $75 per session recommended donation. This rate is good through March 31, 2022.

Mentors

Mentoring Opportunities

Mentoring opportunities are available through February 15, 2022. Appointments are scheduled with each mentor and are on space available only. A mentoring session is very free-flowing and leaves a lot of room for any sort of discussion needed or wanted by the person requesting the appointment. All three of the mentors available are well versed and trained in helping you understand how your Romans 12 gift is engaged in your life and ministry perspective. Marion and Lydia will incorporate the conversation while Maggie desires to make Romans 12 the primary focus of the mentoring conversation. Pastor Marion is also trained to discuss your Merit Profile with you.

Rev. Lydia Ingegneri

Lydia is a wife, mother of four (ages 10-15), a fully engaged minister, preacher, songwriter, and worship leader. Lydia is available to speak with you on any topic you so desire. Lydia has been very successful at navigating life and ministry. She engages her children in their ministry life, believes in good balance with intentional focus, and keeps herself physically healthy!

Appointments with Lydia: Use the form below to request an appointment with Lydia.

Rev. Maggie Taylor

Appointments with Maggie: Schedule directly with Maggie by text. 928.607.9160

Mentoring with Marion

Dr. Marion is available for 60-minute mentoring sessions throughout the cohort. These sessions can be about anything and you are welcome to bring a topic to the table of conversation. However, you are not obligated to have a topic in mind, as each session will be Spirit-led. Use the calendar below to choose an appointment and you will receive immediate confirmation.
