WIML Cohort

FOCUS.

The WIML cohort experience focuses specifically on women serving in ministry leadership. It is not required that you have ministry credentials or a role, but the cohort framework works best for those whose perspectives and goals are ministry-focused. Female leaders who focus on the marketplace ministry environment also soar in the cohort.

COST.

$1,075 (USD)

The Cohort fee may be paid in full at any time but the minimum standards for payment are as follows.

  • $150 initial deposit with the application. (Refunded if not accepted.)

  • $150 additional deposit due by August 10, 2024. At this time the full $300 deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • $300 due October 1, 2023.

  • $300 due January 15, 2024

  • Final Payment of $175 due at or before Summit.

  • Expenses not included.

    • Transportation to/from the Summit is not included.

    • The cost of accommodations during the Summit is not included.

      • AZ Summit: A group rate is negotiated at a nearby hotel. Host homes are available on a limited basis.

      • HI Summit: Participants are encouraged to stay at the retreat center for a minimal fee. Any other arrangements are also acceptable but are at the expense of the participant.

COMMITMENT.

  • To preserve the format and outcome of the cohort, participants are required to attend ALL monthly Zoom gatherings, coaching sessions, as well as the in-person Summit.

  • The monthly Zoom gatherings are 3 hours each on the third* Friday of each month. The times for the Summit are listed in the two locations where Summits are hosted (Hawaii & Arizona).

    *The January gathering is on the 2nd Friday (January 12, 2024).

  • Starts August 18, 2023 (All sessions including debrief and celebration are at the same time.)

  • The culmination of the WIML Cohort experience is a three-day in-person Summit. Participation is required.
